20 Gauge 304 Stainless Steel CR Coils

20 gauge 304 stainless steel CR coil is the most widely used of the stainless and heat resisting steels. 20 gauge 304 stainless steel CR coils offer good corrosion resistance to many chemical corrodents as well as industrial atmospheres and marine environments Typical specifications for 304 stainless steel CR coils and 304 stainless steel CR strips are ASTM A-240, ASME SA -240 and A666.

20 gauge 304 stainless steel CR coils have very good formability and can be readily welded by all common methods.
Inox Steel offers 1-1/4" thick 304 stainless steel CR plates saw cutting. Saw cutting is well suited for stainless steel plates over 3/8″ thick and to process longer strips. Moreover, because saw cutting is a cold process, this method is well suited to cut any grade of stainless steel plate.
Advantages of saw cutting method over others such methods is saw cutting is a cold process and does not thermal heat treat the edges like Plasma cutting does. This saves you time on machining the hard heat treated edges that plasma cutting leaves behind and also saves on tooling costs because you are not machining through heat treated edges.
