JIS SUS 316 Stainless Steel Flats

SUS is the Japanese JIS standard stainless steel code. Japan's material standard SUS 316 stainless steel is one of the United States in accordance with ASTM standard grades of stainless steel produced. 316 stainless steel equivalent to our 0Cr17Ni12Mo2. JIIS SUS 316 stainless steel is available in plates, sheets, coils, round bars, flat bars, round pipe, square and rectangular tubes. 

JIS SUS 316 Stainless Steel Flats Features: JIIS SUS 316 stainless steel has ductility, toughness, cold denaturation, good welding performance, good high temperature strength 316, 316L high temperature performance slightly inferior, but the corrosion resistance is better than 316, due to the low carbon content and containing 2% -3% molybdenum, improved on reducing salt and various inorganic and organic acids, alkalis, salts, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance strength simultaneously.

Plate Size: 3.0mm to 50mm
Round Bars Size: 8mm to 150mm
Flat bars: thickness up to 10.mm

Seamless and Welded Pipes: 1/4in to 36in.
SUS316 Stainless steel Heat Treatment:
Melting point : 1375~1450C
Solution treatment : 1010~1150C
Microstructure: Organizing for the austenitic
