DC01, DC03, DC04 Cold Rolled Galvanized Strips in Coil

DC01, DC03, DC04 steel strips Produced by cold rolling process at ambient temperature which is followed by hot dip galvanising in Zinc bath.We supply them in grades DC01, DC03, DC04 steel sheets from 0,6 to 3,0 mm thicknesses, when we can split them longitudinally or transversally, in various dimensions.

DC01, DC03, DC04 Application

Thanks to its corrosion resistance, these multi-purpose materials are used especially for the manufacture of machinery parts, industrial equipments, cars bodywork, roof covering, household appliances, e.g. washing machines, fridges etc. They have good formability and high strength. Because of to very thin Zinc layer thickness, the surface of those part sis treated additionally by varnishing. The electrolytically zinc-coated steel provides a high chemical purity of te coating layer and even, controllable coat thickness (deviation +/-0,1 µm).

ASTM A588 Grade B High Strength Steel Coils Price

ASTM A588 Grade B High Strength Steel Coils manufacturer, Weathering Steel is able to manufacturing and exporting ASTM A588 Grade B high strength low alloy steel plates, ASTM A588 Grade B high strength steel coils and A588 Grade B weathering steel coil price directly. A588 Grade B weathering steel coil is a high-strength low-alloy steel plate used in structural applications such as bridges and buildings. Its advantage over A572 50 is its weathering ability, which provides atmospheric corrosion resistance and ultimately longer life in applications where exposure to elements will be a factor.

ASTM A588 Grade B High Strength Steel Coils Properties

Tensile: 70 ksi min (4 inch and under), 67 ksi min (4-5) 63 ksi min (Over 5-8)
Yield: 50 ksi min (4 and under), 46 ksi min (4- 5) 42 ksi min (Over 5-8)
Elongation: 16 percent min in 8 inch 19 percent min in 2 inch (for plates wider than 24 inch)in sheet.

ASTM A588 Grade B High Strength Steel Coils Typical Uses

ASTM A588 specification covers high-strength low-alloy structural steel shapes, plates, and bars.  A588 Grade B weathering steel plates and A588 Grade B weathering steel coils are likely to be used for construction of bridges, buildings, and other structures.

Why Chose Weathering Steel?

Weathering Steel is often referred to as Cor-Ten or A606-4 / A588. A588 Grade B weathering steel coil is a group of steel alloys which were developed to eliminate the need for painting steel and to insure that the steel will form a stable rust-like appearance if exposed to the elements for a prolonged period of time. The net effect is that the steel creates a beautiful patina coating which also guards against future corrosion.
The corrosion-retarding effect of the patina is produced by a concentration of alloying elements in the steel. Amazingly, these alloys regenerate continuously when subjected to the influence of the weather.
If you are looking for A588 Grade B weathering steel coil or A588 Grade B weathering steel plate partner, welcome to contact Weathering Steel.

Cor-Ten A Corten Steel Coils

Weathering steel: Cor-Ten A corten steel coil is a corrosion resistant steel, that left uncoated develops an outer layer patina. This patina protects the steel from additional corrosion. Cor-Ten A corten steel coil is a high strength steel alloy, and it is used where higher strength and longer life cycle material are desired. Especially in situations where untreated alloys are desired.
As a well known Cor-Ten A corten steel coil manufacturer, CORTEN STEEL is specialized in exporting and trading Cor-Ten A corten steel coils and Cor-Ten A corten steel plates with direct price. High strength weathering steel coil and steel sheet. ASTM A606, A588 & A242, are the ASTM applicable equivalent to Cor-Ten, corrosion resistant and high strength steels.

Cor-Ten A corten steel coil applicable equivalent ASTM specifications are ASTM A588, A242, A606-4, A847 and A709-50W, which Central Steel Service supplies in various products including, sheet, coil, plate, steel flats, angles, channels, pipe & tube.
Certain of these ASTM alloys are more appropriate for an application then others. Central Steel Service specializes in the applications for Corten as well as the ASTM weathering steel materials which replace it for particular applications.
Do You NeedCor-Ten A Corten Steel Coils ?
CorTen is a trade name for a steel alloy material originally produced by United States Steel. STM A588 corten steel is a group of steel alloys which were developed to eliminate the need for painting, and form a stable rust-like appearance if exposed to the weather for several years. The name is short for "corrosion resistance" and "tensile strength".

DC01 CR Coil Cold Rolled Coils and Strips

DC01 CR coil is an EN 10139 cold rolled steel coil. DC01 CR coil, DC03 and DC04 grades are Cold rolled strip. DC01 CR cold rolled coils and strips can be produced in various conditions such as skin-rolled, quarter hard, half hard, full hard depending on how much cold work has been performed. This cold working (hardness) is often called temper, although this has nothing to do with heat treatment temper.
DC01 CR Coil Cold Rolled Coils and Strips cold rolling mills. A reversing mill is where the steel enters the rolling mill from one side, passes through the other side and then comes back through the mill again. Normally it will go left to right through the mill a number of times being rolled a little thinner each time it goes through.Prior to cold rolling, the mill scale has to be removed, normally by the Pickling Process which uses mechanical manipulation (around small diameter rolls) and acid to dissolve the surface scale. The surface is then washed to remove the acid and a light oil added to prevent rusting.
